So we’ve assembled a great team to help women live more healthful lives. Check out these classes designed to help you become healthier and happier. No experience needed — just a desire to have fun and get fit! (And don’t forget — we’re happy to have the men in your life in our classes, too!)

Pregnancy Stretching
Wednesdays
11:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m.

Join us for a 45-minute class for pregnant women in any trimester! We will focus on stretches for the hamstrings, lower back, and upper back. Enjoy using large Resist-a-ball equipment to stretch your hips and work on your posture by stretching. You will learn stretches you can practice at home, too! Stretching during pregnancy will help during labor, can offer a faster recovery post-labor, and can decrease aches and pain during your pregnancy. Welcome all mothers to be!

Exercise Session $30/30 min. (St.Vincent Associates, $20)

Resistance bands, medicine balls, Bosu ball, Perform Better balls, free weights, treadmill, dual pulley system, and a variety of dynamic exercise classes. Get some concentrated advice from Adrienne — and get fit!

Weight Management Program
Individualized 16-week program, $150

Real Resistance Class
Tuesdays, 5:15pm
Pay as you go: $10/per class

  • 45-minute class filled with free weight and resist-a-band exercises!
  • A great fit for moderate to advanced individuals.
  • Stretching incorporated between exercises to reduce muscle soreness.
  • You have the ability to increase or decrease the intensity of your exercises during the class.
  • Education on correct form for quality performance.
  • Training in proper technique to reduce injuries.
  • Please wear supportive athletic shoes and bring an exercise mat.

Join us for a 45-minute exercise class that will engage your most important group of muscles! We will activate your balance senses, strengthen your abdominal and low back, and work up a healthy sweat.  This class is for any person with the ability to move to the floor and to a standing position on their own.  We will also incorporate stretching to increase flexibility and mobility. Please wear supportive athletic shoes and bring an exercise mat.

Balance and Stretch Basics

A class of gentle movements designed to promote better balance, range-of-motion, improved posture, and strength, as well as proper breathing. This 45-minute class offers a smorgasbord of exercises that are progressive and structured to create a complete workout that is effective, challenging, and FUN!

Arthritis Foundation Chair Exercise
Tuesdays & Thursdays
11:15 a.m. – noon

The Arthritis Foundation Exercise program is a community-based group exercise and education program designed specifically for individuals with arthritis and related diseases. This 45-minute class provides safe and effective exercises that will ease you into your daily routine. Exercises include: range-of-motion, strength, and stretching using chairs for balance or seated activity.

Developed by Dr. Paul Lam, the classes include agile steps and patterns that improve mobility, breathing, strength, and balance. Great for stress relief. The movements do not require deep bending or squatting, making them easier and more comfortable to perform. The sessions are appropriate for seated or standing participation.

An activity program designed with you in mind. A simple program of easy movement that can be done seated or standing.  This program is designed for persons who may have a chronic condition will help you transition from treatment to possibility. We are here to guide you along the pathway of discovery and celebration. Come on in — and grow stronger, meet new friends, and find your smile. Refresh your mind. Renew your strength. Restore your hope.

YogaFIt™
Wednesdays
10:00 – 10:45 a.m.

A yoga-based class incorporating Level One activity, which is adaptable for everyone. This class utilizes chairs for seated stretching, relaxation, balance, proper breathing techniques, and kinesthetic (body/space) awareness to increase confidence, energy, and ease of movement. Some standing poses are practiced. Bring a mat.
