Key to the Cure: your shopping saves lives

For the sixth consecutive year, Saks Fifth Avenue, Keystone at the Crossing, is partnering with the St.Vincent Foundation to host the 2012 Key to the Cure fundraising event. Approximately 550 people will attend what promises to be a spectacular and colorful black-tie evening filled with fun, food and glamour. Proceeds will benefit programs and technology at St.Vincent Cancer Care.

Key to the Cure is a nationwide Saks Fifth Avenue fundraising initiative for women’s cancer treatment and research. Penélope Cruz will serve as the 2012 national Key to the Cure ambassador, while Carolina Herrera has designed a limited edition T-shirt that will be available for purchase at Saks Fifth Avenue beginning October 1, 2012. All of the proceeds from  T-shirt sales at the Indianapolis store will be donated to the St.Vincent Foundation. Purchases must be made at the Indianapolis Saks Fifth Avenue store to benefit  the St.Vincent Foundation.

In addition, from October 18-—21, 2 percent of sales at the Keystone at the Crossing store will be donated to the St.Vincent Foundation.
