Maret Cline, MD
As a mother of four with one on the way, Dr. Cline enjoys the variety offered by her position — from the office to the delivery room — and especially appreciates the intimate environment provided at St. Vincent Carmel, which allows for more patient interaction. Dr. Cline graduated from Miami University in Ohio and attended the Indiana University School of Medicine. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Deb DelRosario, MD
Dr. DelRosario discovered how much she loved working with and taking care of women during medical school — and has never turned back. Dr. DelRosario graduated from Butler University and attended the Indiana University School of Medicine. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and a member of the Indiana State Medical Association, and the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Elaine Dupler, MD
Dr. Dupler graduated medical school from Indiana University, and completed her residency at Methodist Hospital. Dr. Dupler was Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) in 1995. She is currently accepting new patients as well as maternity patients at the Carmel Meridian, Carmel Hazel Dell, and Fishers locations. She is a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG) and a member of the Indiana State Medical Association. She has been inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha and Phi Beta Kappa, and is the recipient of the Indianapolis Monthly Top Doctors Award.
James Dupler, MD
Dr. Dupler met his wife in a pathology lab while sharing a microscope. Dr. Dupler attended the Indiana University School of Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, a member of the American Medical Association, the Christian Medical and Dental Association, and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.
David J. Kenley, MD
After receiving an undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, Dr. Kenley pursued his medical degree from Indiana University and then completed his residency at St. Vincent Hospital. Dr. Kenley has been a Board Certified specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology since 1979 with the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ABOG). Dr. Kenley’s professional and medical associations include the Indiana State Medical Association (ISMA), the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), and the Indianapolis Medical Society. “It is a tremendous privilege to be involved in patient’s lives as their physician. I am committed to continuous medical education in order to be current in my field.”
Chris Mernitz, MD
Dr. Mernitz decided to begin his medical career while studying electrical engineering, but he’s never lost his interest in complicated procedures. Dr. Mernitz attended the Indiana University School of Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, a member of the American Medical Association, and the Indiana State Medical Association, Indiana Medical Society, and the American Medical Association.

Michelle Neff, MD
Dr. Neff graduated from Indiana University with a BS in Biology and minors in Spanish and psychology, and was then accepted into Indiana University’s School of Medicine. She completed her residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. Dr. Neff is also a member of the Indiana State Medical Association (ISMA), and the American Medical Association (AMA). She is also an active member of ACOG including a Jr. Fellow Secretary & Treasurer of ACOG (District 5) for 2007-2008, Junior Fellow Vice Chairperson of ACOG (District 6) for 2008-2009, Chairperson 2009-2010 and past chairperson for 2010-2011. She is currently accepting new patients and maternity patients at Carmel Meridian, Carmel Hazel Dell, and Fishers OB/GYN locations.
James Teter, MD
Dr. Teter completed medical school at Indiana University and completed a combined internship and residency at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. Dr. Teter now practices obstetrics and gynecology at Carmel Hazel Dell, Carmel Meridian, and Fishers OB/GYN. Currently accepting new and maternity patients, Dr. Teter is a Fellow with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), and a member of the Indiana State Medical Association (ISMA), the Indianapolis Medical Society and the Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons. His accomplishments include a peer review pilot study in 1988-1989 and coordinator for the local ACOG chapter. “I believe in having an honest concern and focus for my patient’s overall well-being.”
