Dr. Bolin began her career as an undergraduate at the University of Illinois. With a BS in Biology, she completed medical school at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and then did her residency at Indiana University. Dr. Bolin now practices obstetrics and gynecology at Northwest OB/GYN. Since 2003, Dr. Bolin has been a Board Certified specialist and a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG). Currently accepting both new and maternity patients, Dr. Bolin is a member of the Indiana State Medical Association (ISMA), the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), and the Indianapolis Medical Society. Her prestigious awards and honors include Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, Golden Key National Honor Society, The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Fraternity. Dr. James Jarrett graduated with a BS in Biology from Ball State University in 1977. In 1981, he received a medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine, and completed his residency at Indiana University’s Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. Dr. Jarrett is a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), the Indiana State Medical Association (ISMA), and his private OB/GYN practice has the proud distinction of accreditation with the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM). He was presented with an “Outstanding Clinical Faculty” award from St. Vincent Hospital in 2007 and again in 2014. Dr. Jarrett is currently accepting new patients as well as maternity patients at our Northwest location. Married with two adult children, Jennifer and Kyle, Dr. Jarrett enjoys his family, including 3 grandchildren, golf, traveling, church, prison ministry, and life groups. “My commitment is first and foremost to my patients with regards to their health, education and well being. Dr. Nowacki received a BA in Biology from Grinnell College, a MS in Physiology and Biophysics from Indiana University, attended medical school at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed her residency at Grandview Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. She is a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Her accomplishments include the publication of “Expectant management of severe pre-eclampsia at less than 27 weeks gestation: maternal and perinatal outcomes according to gestational age by weeks at onset of expectant management.” When she is not seeing patients, Dr. Nowacki enjoys Pilates, Notre Dame Football games, traveling and spending quality time with her husband and son. Dr. Nowacki is currently accepting both new and maternity patients at the Fishers location.

His professional and medical associations include the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), the Indiana State Medical Association (ISMA) and the Indianapolis Medical Society. Married with two children, Kristopher and Patrick, and two cats, Stella Blue and Buddy Guy, Dr. Pauloski enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, landscaping, gardening, and weather watching. An avid sports enthusiast, Dr. Pauloski enjoys watching and playing almost any sport, especially IU basketball and Michigan Football (where Kristopher played)! “I take pride in my commitment to appointment schedules. I almost always run on time for appointments, and allow plenty of time to address all problems that a woman is scheduled for. Appointment openings are also blocked to address urgent problems that need to be managed within 24 hours. Dr. Shirley Thomas graduated with a BA in Chemistry and Biology in 1976 from the University of Indianapolis. She earned her medical degree in 1980 from the Indiana University School of Medicine, and completed her residency at Indiana University’s Health Methodist Hospital in 1984. She became Board Certified in obstetrics and gynecology in 1986. Her professional and medical associations include the American Medical Association (AMA), the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), and the Indianapolis Medical Society. Dr. Thomas takes her community involvement seriously. Since 1992, she has been on the Board of Adoption Services and on the landscaping committee of the Pine Lake Home Owners Association. A licensed pilot and an avid scuba diver, Dr. Thomas is a member of both the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) and the Divers Alert Network (DAN), respectively. In her leisure time, Dr. Thomas loves to fly, scuba dive, garden, cook and spend time with her two dogs. “I strive to be punctual, yet give every patient the time they need. My goal is to answer all patient questions and to educate them as much as possible about their bodies, their bodies’ functions as well as their medications.”
